Hotel invoices, proforma invoices from Tour Operators, Service Suppliers invoices and tour account information are registered and locked into the Sejour Agency Automation software.

These can be transferred to the Sedna Accountancy & Book-keeping software according to the account plan required.

The payment schedule of a hotel supplier or tour operator can be made as a report, listed by arrival or departure dates of clients.

Here we have an integrated report prepared for an annual budget plan. The tour operator credit balance and invoice numbers are obtained automatically from Sejour Agency Automation software, and the balance is calculated from the software - displayed in this report.

Current profit & loss, cash flow, and overdue accounts can also be found and shown quickly.

Accounts from different areas can be summarised in one summary account (offline, online, web), so that you can then obtain a central Accountancy & book-keeping overview.

Any type of account, bank, cash, or cheque, record can be easily prepared using this software.
