In the same display you can search for complaints by name, date, Operator, Hotel, voucher No. etc.

Also there is provision for recording customer comments and responses to those comments for archiving, as well as entering details of any response, action, or compensation issued.

You can make a print display of all recorded information, either directly to the screen or to a printer. These listings can also be saved to file in pdf format and sent to the appropriate hotel, travel agency, or tour operator.
