Golf Reservations and Packages Software - Client Passenger Traffic
The "Passenger Traffic" software menu allows you to follow up your registered clients arrivals and departures, and arrange services such as shuttles and coaches.
Here you can review and change all the necessary information for clients airport and hotel arrival and departures.
Shown in this graphic is a golf course block booking. Also shown are details of the golf course - it's season dates, Tee Times, and payment methods.
Here you can review and change all the necessary information for clients golf course shuttle transfer.
Using the "Passenger Traffic" menu you can quickly check details such as
- client name or group
- golf course
- tee time eg early bird
- shuttle requirements such as VIP
- guide plans
This screen also allows changes to be made in shuttle times.
Transfer rates can also be entered for invoice arrangements.
