Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire Automation
We have developed the simplest system for Questionnaire Analysis. software for tour operators who wish to keep and do analysis on data obtained in customer satisfation survey forms.
Our computer software enables the transfer of questionnaire forms or customer satisfaction surveys from Agencies and Hotels, to determine easily the degree of customer satisfaction, so you can quickly identify problem areas, and take the appropriate action to improve your customer service.
You can customize your questionnaire or customer survey forms by entering your questions and related response categories such as Excellent, Fair etc.
After the creating your of your custom completed forms, you can enter your customer data, and can search in your records (see below).
It is also possible to obtain a summary conclusion of results, selected by period or by response to the questionnaire (excellent, good, fair etc.) to help with the data analysis.
These can either be displayed on the screen or printed out. An MS Excel format file is also available, should you wish to send the data to partner travel agencies and tour operators who do not have our computer software.
