Hotel Bookings and Reservations - Travel Agency Software
The Sejour Agency Automation software is flexible and has been developed to handle the many different services for groups, incentive and individual travellers. The modular structure makes the software user-friendly and easy to use.
This module has been prepared for both hotel and package reservation entries. Here a record of all information about clients for individual or group bookings is shown.
Different kinds of room type, and room details can be entered into the system from the Definitions Menu. Here we see a typical booking card for a FIT traveler.
Here we see a multi-center itinerary for the Wagner family, who have booked their holiday package with "Diez Travel". The software distinguishes between infants and children, prices for whom can be entered in the hotel contract section.

The family have booked a standard double room and begin their vacation at the all inclusive Ali Bey Hotel. Again, room types, board, and occupancy (eg maximum pax) can be entered for each hotel in the setup menu.
Here we have a the reservation card for a tour group.
For such parties and similar groups, such as business (incentive)
travellers, the itinerary of each tour step can be prepared in the
Package Reservation section, and a convenient summary is displayed here.
Notice that for tour groups, modifications to the tour group can be made very quickly because you don't have to change details for each passenger.
Also for a given itinerary (see left), it is possible to open just selected reservations for a chosen group in one given day, using the "package splitting" button.
