Travel Agency Automation Software - Passenger Traffic
In the Passenger Traffic section your registered clients can be followed up, and customer airport arrival- and departure times can be arranged in the system.
You can cross check with our "real-time" airport departures and arrivals menu.
Also here you can organise your coaches and buses, your drivers and transfer guides.
Transfer Rates can be entered for invoicing.
This menu allows access to changed airport arrival and departure:
- flight times,
- dates and
- flight numbers.
The "Info Cocktail" button is available for you to manage your daily client travel information between airports and hotels on one screen or printout (see below).
In the "Info Cocktail" screen, you can easily see a summary all important information needed to plan your day, and manage your coaches and guides. This part of the software was developed for the needs of operational staff.
Here you can see a review of daily client information including:
- Hotel accommodation names and dates,
- Flight information (automatically obtained from Passenger Traffic module),
- Tour Operator or travel agency,
- Pax number,
- Tour details and guides, etc.
Brief summary "Info Cocktail" request forms can be printed from this menu, in case you need to send them to the hotels.
