Tours and Excursions Reservations - Sejour Agency Automation.

Your excursion voucher entries in the "Tour Reservation" menu allow rapid display and processing of all your clients booked on a tour or excusrion on the same screen.

Here you can arrange your coaches and guides easily. The coach and guide details are entered in another menu.

All sales of tour tickets can be checked by the system after the guide has made an excursion ticket sale or debit.

In the "Tour Packet Ticket Entry" menu you can quickly see details of your tour packages including any multiple excursions. Individual and group tickets can entered easily for multiple tours at once. The type of tours eg round trips, shopping, restaurants, museum visits etc. are entered in your custom definitions menu.

This is the "Expenses" screen.

Here you can see a summary of tour expenses for individual guides. At the same time you can follow-up tour guides expenses (such as fuel and parking fees) and advances. All this information can be automatically shown in the "Profit Report".

In the "Tour Account" menu, seperate accounts for each tour guide can be shown in detail. This section also allows the rapid cancellation and refund of tour tickets - with payment as necessary, according to your practice. Your tour guide refund compensation policy can be defined in the definitions menu for either individual tour guides, or for tour operators.
