Sejour Agency Automation - Coach and Vehicle Manager
Management of vehicle running costs and expenses is essential to estimating profitability of your transfer or tour coaches and buses.
Using this screen a summary of all vehicle information is automatically obtained from the other modules ("Passenger Traffic", "Tour Coach Manager", etc.)
Each coach or bus is monitored by a Coach Duty Number. Price Calculations are made according to the chosen coach companies, and/or route details, as well as fuel costs and running expenses.
You can make modifications or new entries with the simple to use buttons, and any changes made are automatically updated in the relevant menus.
Costs of the coaches are calculated automatically according to the entered price in the "Coach Manager" menu. These vehicule costs are broken down into "running costs", eg fuel consumption, and expenses such as repairs. This part of the module allows you to see at a glance your coach and bus costs on a per person basis. This information is used to calculate profit and loss reports.
Note that you can also enter details of coach hire, or vehicle lease contracts using this software. You can also enter details of your details of your drivers, such as license type.
