Hotel and Tour Profitability & Occupancy Reports - Sejour Agency Automation
The Sejour Agency Automation software is created with a powerful Reports Section" including all necessary information for users and managers, to help them analyse their employees performance and sales profitability. Below you can see the room occupancy rate for a given hotel, for a given period.
In order to have a report of used daily allotments for each hotel and time period, hotel contracts must be already entered. Hotel ocuppancy reports can be obtained for any time period, if reservations are entered daily.
Here you select to see hotel room occupancy by hotel name, by tour operator or travel agency, hotel category, room type etc.
You can also obtain a report of room cancellation, and of normal or package reservations.
In this Reports Section" you can rapidly obtain a great deal of statistics about hotel and tour reservations. These reports can be displayed as a chart on the compter screen, or saved as a slide, which can be used for meetings and presentations.
Hence at a glance you can quickly monitor important statistics about your company profitabilty and efficiency, and you can make reports of hotel occupancy if you are required to do so by your goverment's Tourist Board - eg in Cyprus or Portugal.
