Internet Hotel Reservation & Booking Software
The "Sejour Web Hotel Reservation Module" enables travel agency and tour operator workers to make internet reservations anywhere in the world, across the internet, directly into your Sejour Agency Automation Software, using your given password and company name.
Passwords and users names can be issued for any number of different partners who wish to access and make web reservations. Also passwords can be issued for individual workers in a given agency or operator.
This internet booking module was prepared for reservation staff working abroad or just away from the office, who can monitor and update their Sejour reservations and confirmations.
Each user is able to see his or her reservations from this remote access menu.
As soon as they enter the details of a new reservation and press the "Make Reservation" button, the reservation will be automatically recorded into the Sejour Agency Automation program.
This means that tourism agencies will be able to automatically follow-up reservations and check confirmations using the Sejour Agency software.
Later, web users can also able see and follow-up hotel booking confirmations lists on the screen.
They can also find invoice amounts easily, and update in real time when calculations are made by other Sejour users.
As well as making new remote web bookings, they can also search for previous reservations by customer name, hotel name, date and even room type.
