Shopping Follow up Automation - Contract Details
This module has been designed for tour operators and travel agencies to easily monitor and management of clients's shopping during organised tours and details of commissions and presales amounts for a given center.
In the Shop Contract menu, details of contracts with shopping centers can be entered easily. It's possible to enter all commission types according to goods and tour types.
Here you can also enter details of your guides, their schedules, incentive commissions per pax, presales amounts, periods, for an individual tour operator or travel agency.
In the easy to use "Definitions Menu" screen, you can quickly create your data pools for general use.
Tour details, type of goods, currencies, commissions etc. can all be entered here to enable calculation of invoices at a later date.
