SAN SEJOUR PRODUCT UPGRADE FAQ


Our Sejour software products automatically check on the internet for an upgrade when the program starts.


By the way if you want to switch off this feature off you can do so in your definitions menu.


If there is a new upgrade available, you will see an onscreen message like this:


If you have urgent work you to do should be able to carry on working without any problems, but it is important that you make the software update after you have finished working.

You should always carry out a Sejour Software upgrade when one is available.

To check which new features would be available, you can click on the "internet control" tab to see this screen:



Alternatively you can check our web pages for details of our latest Software updates.

Click on the "update" button in Figure 1, and after a short time (depending on the speed of your connection) you should see this window confirming that everything has gone ok!

When you restart the programme, you will see the "what's new" screen (like the one below), giving details of new features and menu options. You can also print this list out if you wish, or you can check our support web pages.

Once you have read the new features you can click on the "Read" button (circled in the Figure above) and you can continue to use the program normally.
